2025/2026 Fees (12 week term)


Ascot Music Micro School (8-11 year olds)


  • Full Time- £5975.00 per term
  • Part Time/Flexi Schooling (Max 17 hours of study per week)-  POA
  • Plus music tuition fees charged as below:


121 lessons (per 11 week term)*

30 minutes £550.00 (New Students)/£341.00 (Existing/Micro School Students)**

45 minutes £825.00 (New Students)/£511.50 (Existing/Micro School Students)

60 minutes £1100.00 (New Students)/£686.40 (Existing/Micro School Students)


*Autumn Term 2025-13 weeks

Spring Term 2026- 11 weeks

Summer Term 2025-9 weeks


** Monthly Direct Debit Available and Termly Payments can be spread over 12 months.

Music Academy (Saturday Music School for 8-11 year olds)


  • Initial Grade- Grade 1 - £633.33 per term (30 minute 121 lesson + group workshops)
  • Grade 2-4- £710.00 (45 minute 121 lesson + group workshops)
  • Grade 5 + POA (121 60 minute lessons)
  • Extra 2nd Instrument or 121 vocal lessons £350.00 per term


Fees cover the costs of lessons and books where stated.

Additional fees are charged for examinations, additional music books (unless stated that included in price) trips and outings.


1st Invoices includes the Registration Fee  and an Acceptance Deposit Fee.

  • Registration Fee

    A non-refundable registration fee is payable on application.


    The Registration is as follows:


    2025/2026

    • New Students £50.00
    • Music Academy £100.00
    • Micro School £500.00

    Registration Fee:

    • Covers the Cost of Registration +
    • Cost of Student Portal accessible to each Ascot Music School student and their parents/guardian to track progress, repertoire, notes etc.

  • Deposit

    The Acceptance Deposit is payable when a student accepts the offer of a place. 


    The Acceptance Deposit will be refunded when a leaver leaves the School, subject to settlement of her final fees, correct notice being given and other charges (further information is provided in our Terms of Service)


    The Acceptance Deposit Fee:

    • £200.00 Music Academy programmes
    • £1000.00 Micro School

  • Discounts

    5% Discount


    Family/Multi-activity discount. This discount is applied to each of the lowest membership fees when two or more types of lessons or events are attended by member(s) of your family. This includes lessons, masterclasses, performance coaching sessions and events.


    +5% Discount


    Additional (and/or) 5% discount is applied when the lessons are booked for the whole Academic Year- in advance
